Join 100.5 The FOX and get out your sneakers and round up family and friends! The Alaska Men's Run is a fantastic 5 mile run open to men, women and children! Not a runner? Join us for the 2 mile fun walk. 10am Saturday July 8th at the Anchorage Football Stadium. All proceeds stay in Alaska benefiting men and agencies fighting prostate and testicular cancer.
You can register and pick up your bib at Skinny Raven (800 H Street) Thursday, July 6th between 4pm and 6:30pm. On Race Day you can still register before the event from 8:30am - 9:30am.
•It is a United States Track & Field (USTAF) certified 5-mile course which follows the Chester Creek greenbelt paved trail.
•In the 5 mile timed event awards are given to age group winners, top male and female finishers, overall cancer survivors winner, and team awards.
•This event is the one of the oldest activities within the State raising funds and awareness by using the race entry fees to fund educational activities, health awareness, promote early detection, and provide financial aid to men and agencies fighting prostate and testicular cancer.
