Is This The Worst Porch Pirate Ever?

We hate porch pirates. Those people who feel the need to steal the packages right off your porch. We love that doorbell cameras are catching more and more of these porch pirates. Somebody's doorbell cam at an apartment complex in Upland, California filmed a neighbor stealing their package. This guy might be the worst porch pirate ever! He's walking his dog, and you can see him STARING at their front door as he goes around a corner and out of sight. But eight seconds later he comes back with his shirt pulled over his head and takes their package. The owner contacted the police and the guy was cited for petty theft.
