Never Underestimate The Determination Of A Day Drinker

We love to knock back a few drinks from time to time, and we love it when we can do it on the water, like the guys in this video. But their determination to get that drink is what caught our eye! A nine-second video has gone viral of a cop on a boat pouring out alcohol that he confiscated from two guys that were tubing on the river, and those same two guys are behind him catching it. One's getting it in his cup and the other in his mouth!! This was on the Comal River near San Antonio. According to a report, the protocol is for cops to pour confiscated alcohol into the river, just like they would on grass. One of the guys was ticketed for violating the container ban, but not for trying to cath the booze as the officer poured it out!
